New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. Incredible Bag! reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, and accessories.
All products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition, with original carton, and all packaging, accessories and materials
For manufacturer defect returns please contact our sales staff prior to using the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system, for verification of the defective product in question. All our products carry a 6 month manufacturers defect warranty.
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full purchase price refund. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need help or need to return an item, we are here to assist you! Please Call or Email us with any questions or concerns you may have. If an item you have purchased from us is not working or preforming as expected, please contact our sales staff for assistance, they can assist in resolving your problem or even exchange the item for a product that better suits your needs.
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the “RMA Form” listed on our site under “SITE INFO”. You will receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) for a full refund or exchange upon processing your request by our shipping department or sales staff.
Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, please fill out the RMA Form. The RMA Form can be found under “SITE INFO”. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are to be determined by our shipping department or sales staff, and may or may not be refundable.
Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to process from the date that Incredible Bag! receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card, debit card or credit account used for the original purchase.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR PACKING SLIP, MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORDER RECIEPT WITH YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, this will help expedite the RMA Process.
Please note that we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or damaged products during handling or shipping.
Merchandise is deemed returned on the date that an RMA is obtained provided that Incredible Bag! receives the merchandise within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA. Merchandise received after the expiration of 10 days from the date of issuance of the RMA is deemed to be returned on the date that Incredible Bag! receives the merchandise, and Incredible Bag! may exercise the right including, but not limited to, the right to refuse to accept delivery of the merchandise and or to charge the customer a handling charge or restocking fee.

THE RETURN PROCESS
Returns are very simple!
1) Fill out the RMA Form.
2) Wait for our return Email with your printable UPS Shipping Label and RMA# (Customers typically pay for return shipping, this fee is usually deducted from the purchase price). Remeber to write down the tracking number! This will allow you to track your package in transit and to see when we received your package.
3) Pack up the Merchandise, Make sure to Include copies of your original Order Receipt and RMA Email.
4) Seal the box and attach the UPS printed label.
5) Bring package to any UPS store for shipping or call UPS for a Pick Up. UPS Domestic Package Services ...........1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877)
6) Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be received. You may track your package at www.ups.com
7) Expect your refund within 24-72 hours after receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will only be credited to the credit card, debit card or credit account used for the original purchase.
